Your responsibilities will include the formulation and implementation of effective recruitment strategies aimed at sourcing, screening, and selecting highly qualified candidates. This position offers the chance to cultivate robust relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a seamless recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a discerning eye for talent, and a strong capability to evaluate candidate qualifications. Proficiency in various recruitment methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their recruitment needs, job specifications, and organizational culture.
  • Identify and attract suitable candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews to determine candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment.
  • Present candidates to clients persuasively and professionally.
  • Facilitate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Perform reference checks and background screenings.
  • Maintain precise and current records of interactions with candidates and clients.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven ability to successfully recruit for challenging positions, including managerial and senior-level roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment regulations is preferred.
