Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical hiring in the IT/tech industry, with the ability to lead and mentor a recruitment team. This role requires someone with strong knowledge of recruitment processes, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in the IT/tech sector.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively using various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and effective processes.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations teams if required to streamline recruitment-related processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the IT/tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of operations is a plus.
