Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-growth environment.
Strong understanding of software engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud, and product-based roles.
Experience in international recruitment (US, UAE, KSA, EU, and APAC markets) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing automation platforms.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, business context, and hiring priorities.
Source top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Discord, and niche tech communities.
Evaluate candidates for technical, cultural, and project fit through structured assessments and interviews.
Maintain and grow an active talent pipeline across engineering, data, DevOps, AI/ML, and product domains.
Collaborate closely with the management to align hiring strategies with client goals.
Track recruitment metrics, manage databases (ATS/CRM), and ensure consistent communication with candidates and clients.
Stay updated on global tech trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging hiring markets.
