THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Total Monthly Potential: PKR 100,000 – 250,000+
• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience)
• Activation Bonus: PKR 3,000 – 5,000 for every new driver you activate.
• Year-1 Completion Bonus: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 guaranteed on your anniversary.
• Uncapped Weekly/Monthly Gross Bonuses: Performance-based tiers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Dispatch trucks and manage drivers across the U.S. market.
• Book high-paying loads using DAT and Truckstop.
• Negotiate top-tier rates directly with U.S. brokers.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain daily dispatch records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced: 6+ months in U.S. Truck Dispatching. Strong negotiation skills are a must.
• Freshers: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
• Shift: U.S. Timings (Night Shift).
• Location: Office-based in Bahria Town, Lahore.
