Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term category strategies aligned with company objectives

Own full P&L accountability for TV & Mobile categories, driving revenue and margin optimization.

Drive GMV growth, take-rate optimization, and category profitability

Develop strategic partnerships with key sellers, ensuring competitiveness in pricing, assortment, and fulfillment.

Negotiate commercial terms, joint marketing activities, and exclusivity deals.

Monitor seller performance (delivery, returns, cancellation rate, ratings) and enforce marketplace policies
-
Optimize product assortment and availability to meet customer demand and reduce assortment gaps

Work with merchandising and marketing to ensure high-quality content, product detail pages, and promotions.

Partner with Customer Experience to reduce category-related complaints and enhance satisfaction

Mentor and guide category & account managers to strengthen category capabilities
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-
6+ years of experience in category management, marketplace management, or e-commerce commercial roles.

Strong background in consumer electronics (TV & Mobile).

Demonstrated success in scaling marketplace categories, managing sellers, and driving GMV growth

Proven P&L management experience

Strong leadership, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
