Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can craft exceptional digital experiences and deliver visually compelling design assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that reflects a perfect balance between strategic design thinking and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete UI/UX design process — from wireframes and user flows to final visual mockups and prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing websites, mobile apps, and dashboards focused on usability and accessibility.
• Create high-quality graphics, social media creatives, and marketing visuals aligned with the brand identity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems and components.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity, design system, and style guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, feedback sessions, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and visual design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive interfaces.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design initiatives concurrently.
