Red Star Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Senior Upwork Bidder to drive client acquisition, develop effective bidding strategies, and maintain a consistent project pipeline. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in securing projects on platforms such as Upwork along with strong client relationship management skills to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across Upwor.
  • Prepare and submit customized, high-quality proposals to improve success rates.
  • Manage end-to-end communication with potential clients to ensure clarity of project requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams to develop accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain organized records of bids, client interactions, and pipeline activities.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Track bidding performance and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience on freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to create compelling and effective proposals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
