We are looking for a highly skilled Senior US Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment — from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing and onboarding. The ideal candidate will partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and proactively attract high-quality talent through multiple sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective, end-to-end recruiting strategies tailored to business needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings across relevant job boards and platforms.
- Actively source and build talent pipelines using databases, social media, and other innovative channels.
- Review applications and resumes to screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct a variety of interview techniques (structured, behavioral, competency-based, and stress interviews) to ensure a robust evaluation of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to manage and streamline the selection and offer process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring statuses, and progress across multiple roles and locations.
- Deliver regular updates and insights to hiring teams and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of US recruiting experience, preferably with a blend of corporate and staffing agency backgrounds.
- Strong expertise in various interview methods and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and HR databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
