Position Title: Senior Waiter
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Head Waiter/Supervisor/Warehouse In-Charge

Main Responsibility:

Responsible for assisting in the issuance, setup, service, and clearance of crockery, cutlery, and linen during events. Ensures professional service standards, cleanliness, and coordination with kitchen and service teams for smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in issuance of crockery, cutlery, and linen from the stores along with Head Waiters.
• Handle loading and unloading of catering items for events.
• Set up tables, buffets, and service areas as per event requirements.
• Ensure proper table setup, cutlery placement, and overall presentation.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen (pantry) and service staff for smooth food service flow.
• Clear tables, crockery, and cutlery after event completion.
• Follow company standards on hygiene, grooming, and safety.
• Support warehouse/store staff when required.

Requirements:

• Understanding of food service and event setup.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit to handle movement and setup of materials.
• Prior catering or event service experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs29,000.00 per month
