Senior Well Test Engineer

Educational Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or related discipline in oil and gas industry.

Experience Requirements:

 Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry .

 Well Testing Related Work / Management Experience:

o Experience in planning, designing, executing, supervising well test operations and technical reporting.

o Experience in conducting, supervising detailed engineering works related to well testing such as

perforating, acidizing, nitrogen liftings (including coiled tubing operation), flaring.

o Experience in well testing on offshore rigs is preferred.

o Experience in well testing activities (including DST, MDT) in exploration and appraisal wells

o Previous experience with major oilfield service companies (e.g., Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker

Hughes, Expro) is preferrable.

 Contractor/Vendor Management: Experience in managing contractors/vendors supporting the related works.

 Leadership: Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.

 Strategic Planning: Experience in strategic planning and providing technical analysis to aid decision-making.

 HSE: Experience working with high H2S wells, and knowledgeable of the risks and protocols of working in H2S environments.
