Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic, increase rankings, and grow online visibility across all platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SEO professionals, ensuring continuous development and alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, link-building strategies, and site audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, development, PPC, and social media to ensure SEO is fully integrated into all digital efforts.
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate SEO success and regularly report progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage the SEO roadmap, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO, search engine, and algorithm updates, and ensure the team’s strategies are aligned accordingly.
  • Oversee and optimize Google Merchant Center listings and feed management.
  • Drive affiliate marketing and guest posting strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and leverage insights to outperform them.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for SEO best practices across all digital properties.
  • Ensure proper implementation of structured data and schema markup for enhanced search visibility.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to junior SEO team members and other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (BIT, BCS, BSCS).
  • Additional certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or analytics are a plus.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior SEO role, including at least 5 years in a team leadership or head-level position.
  • Proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns for large-scale eCommerce and content websites.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working with and optimizing large product catalogs and managing Google Merchant accounts.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing and guest posting outreach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs500,000.00 per month
