Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative in house SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, web analytics, and digital marketing trends.

We are a results-driven personal injury law firm with a strong track record of winning cases and helping accident victims.

This is an exclusive, in-house role — you will work only for our firm, not multiple clients or agencies. We would prefer applicants with previous SEO experience in the highly competitive are of personal injury law.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Implement link building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance and user behavior.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO best practices across all platforms, including WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage social media campaigns to support SEO objectives and drive traffic.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements using JavaScript, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, link building, and web analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO performance.
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
