Position: SEO Specialist

Role Overview:
As SEO Specialist, you will support the SEO Lead in executing and optimising SEO activities for a multi-language, multi-country Forex/CFD trading platform. You will help improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and ensure SEO performance supports overall business and acquisition goals across different markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) for multiple countries and languages.
- Perform keyword research and mapping by market and language, including Forex/CFD/trading topics.
- Optimise geo-targeted landing pages and country structures (titles, metas, headings, internal links, schema, images).
- Support implementation and maintenance of multi-language setups (including hreflang and regional/geo pages).
- Help monitor and improve technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, CWV, redirects, sitemaps, and canonical tags.
- Contribute to off-page SEO and link-building by researching and evaluating link opportunities and monitoring backlink quality.
- Build and maintain SEO reports and dashboards in GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and Sheets/Excel.
- Track SEO KPIs (rankings, organic sessions, conversions) per market and share clear, actionable insights with the SEO Lead.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research (SERPs, competitor content, link profiles) and summarise findings.
- Maintain SEO SOPs, checklists and task boards, and collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page, off-page, and technical).
- Direct experience in Forex / CFD / trading / fintech industry (preferable).
- Experience working on multi-language, multi-country websites (localisation, regional structures, geo pages, hreflang is a plus).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking and basic technical SEO (crawl, indexation, sitemaps, redirects, CWV).
- Familiarity with link-building concepts and ability to identify low-quality / risky links.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools:
- Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / Semrush / Similarweb
- Screaming Frog or similar crawler
- Looker Studio
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear SEO recommendations and next steps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (any additional language is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
