We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage driven by data, performance, and results. As we scale our digital presence and lead acquisition efforts, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization. This role offers hands-on ownership of high-impact campaigns and the opportunity to directly influence business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Manage and improve SEO performance, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for CPL, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing page messaging, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality and business goals.
  • Track performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and action points.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing / digital marketing, preferably in real estate or lead-driven industries.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and lead funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
