SEO Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and identify growth opportunities.

· Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to align with SEO best practices.

· Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building, site audits, and metadata optimization.

· Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

· Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase domain authority and organic search performance.

· Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

· Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

· Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, traffic, and ranking improvements.

· Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 2–4 years of proven SEO experience in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword research tools.

· Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.

· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.

· Familiarity with technical SEO audits and structured data markup (Schema).

· Knowledge of content marketing and social media integration.

Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
