SEO Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking to hire an SEO Specialist with 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on, real-world
experience. This role is ideal for someone who has worked on live websites and can
demonstrate measurable improvements in search engine rankings and organic traffic. The
SEO Specialist will support day-to-day SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, and
technical SEO tasks.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
-Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure
-Execute on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
-Support off-page SEO activities including backlink building and outreach
-Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
and SEO tools
-Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues such as indexing, crawl errors, and site
performance
-Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports
-Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 1 to 1.5 years of practical professional experience in SEO
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Basic understanding of website structure, HTML tags, and CMS platforms (WordPress or
Shopify knowledge is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Portfolio / Proof of Work Requirement
- Examples of websites, keywords ranking improvements, or SEO reports demonstrating
practical work experience are required

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
