SEO Specialist (AI Search & Programmatic SEO)

Location: Remote
Salary: 100K–150K

We're growing our IT team around vibe coding, and need an SEO specialist who can keep us ranking in AI-driven search results.

- Proven experience with 'programmatic SEO' building/scaling SEO across many pages or projects at once

- Comfortable using AI/vibe coding tools to execute technical SEO work (no deep coding background required, but adaptability is key)

- Strong understanding of 'AI search optimization' (LLM/AI Overview visibility, not just traditional Google rankings)

- Able to independently generate original ideas, data points, and angles for content like whitepapers and industry reports

- Strong general research and analytical thinking, able to back claims with credible data

- Capable of managing and prioritizing 'multiple concurrent projects'

- 25+ years old, with relevant prior SEO experience required
