Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and coordination.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Experience in hospitality or casual dining environments is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food service operations is an asset.
• Sales skills to promote menu items and increase food/beverage sales.

Pay: $4.00 - $7.25 per hour
