Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely orders during busy periods like fine dining or nightclub events
• Assist in catering or banquet setups when needed, providing top-tier customer service in various settings

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions
• Experience in brewing or hospitality environments is advantageous but not required
