Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, identifying vehicle service and repair needs accurately.
- Prepare detailed job cards, recording customer complaints, symptoms, and requested services.
- Provide accurate service estimates, explain maintenance options, and communicate repair timelines clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for efficient job execution and proper diagnostics.
- Regularly update customers on vehicle status, additional findings, and approvals.
- Conduct final inspection and quality check before vehicle delivery to ensure service satisfaction.
- Upsell maintenance packages, periodic services, and promotional offers to increase revenue.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and reports as per company policies.
- Stay updated with automotive technology trends, service processes, and manufacturer guidelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor / Service Consultant in the automotive or aftersales industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in service management software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Work Environment:
- Workshop / Showroom-based position with direct interaction with customers, technicians, and suppliers.

- Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in service management software and MS Office.
- Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
