EVS – Electric Vehicle Services is a leading and fast-growing automotive service provider in the region. We are expanding our operations in Qatar and looking for a customer-focused, professional, and energetic Service Advisor to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium service experience.
• Accurately record customer concerns, prepare service requests, and coordinate with workshop teams.
• Provide clear cost estimates, service updates, and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services, orders, and transactions.

Requirements

• Male candidate with a strong personality and professional appearance.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication in English & Arabic (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred.
