Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new after-sales opportunities (maintenance contracts, spare parts, renewals, etc.).
- Bring in new corporate customers by identifying prospects and presenting after-sales solutions.
- Schedule and align meetings with corporate clients to introduce company services and discuss requirements.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to design new service offerings.
- Must have experience in corporate.
- Must have experience in any auto mobile dealership.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
- Conduct client visits and follow up on potential leads.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution with the service team.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services to increase account value.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, and service delivery teams for smooth execution of after-sales operations.
- Track KPIs such as renewal rates, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Propose improvements in after-sales processes and service quality.
Strategy & Reporting
- Contribute to the after-sales business development strategy.
- Prepare performance and sales reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking for after-sales activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new corporate customers acquired.
- After-sales revenue growth.
- Customer retention and renewal rate.
- Customer satisfaction (NPS/feedback).
- Number of client meetings scheduled and closed deals.
