Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible foricket resolution, timely reporting, protocol compliance, engineer recruitment, and resource allocation, maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction and field efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently resolve service tickets within the first day of assignment.
Complete monthly updates on new systems or technologies.
Support the recruitment of engineers required for service delivery as needed.
Assign engineers with the appropriate skill sets to service tickets.
Reduce onsite time spent per service by improving pre-visit diagnostics.
Submit field reports promptly after task completion.
Maintain punctuality and commitment to designated service locations
Adhere to company protocols and safety standards on-site.
Ensure positive customer feedback after each service.
Qualification
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in (IT) is required.
Experience Minimum of 1-2 years in IT service delivery or a similar role.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency with the ability to stay updated on new systems and technologies.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
