Job Description:

Per Diem Service Desk Analyst I
Location: Augusta– On-site position (NOT Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance as the organization’s first point of contact for technical support, handling calls and emails effectively.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, documenting user requests and contact information accurately and efficiently.

  • Escalate complex requests that cannot be resolved immediately.

  • Provide shift coverage as needed, including second shift, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Customer Service in a Call Center, or IT Help Desk support (preferred).

  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficiency in typing and multitasking.

  • A positive attitude with a commitment to engaging clients and team members.
