As a Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• You will be having 3-4 visit to clients per day.
• Demonstrate and present the product and resolve all the issues of aftersales service.
• Attend all the complaints related to the product.
• You have to submit daily/ weekly plans and report to Manager.
• All Communication (Internal/external) carries via email.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, either remotely or through on-site visits, minimizing downtime and disruption for customers.
• Coordinate with internal service and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of the company's medical equipment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering technical expertise, guidance, and recommendations to address their specific needs and challenges.
• Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance, service quality, and overall satisfaction, and communicate this feedback internally to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.
• Develop training materials and resources to support customer education initiatives and enhance product knowledge.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical equipment technology and industry trends to provide relevant and timely training to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
