Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in service, maintenance, and field support. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills, customer handling ability, and a valid driving license (mandatory), as the role requires regular travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of Variex equipment and systems at client sites.
• Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
• Coordinate with the internal team for spare part management and service scheduling.
• Ensure all service activities are logged and documented accurately.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain compliance with company quality protocols.
• Provide technical training and product demonstrations to customers when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through efficient service and support.
• Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process or product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service, technical maintenance, or equipment support.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of tools, testing instruments, and schematic interpretation.
• Familiarity with automation systems, sensors, and controllers (preferred).
• Other Requirements:
• Valid two/four-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
