Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead and oversee our service operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service operations and field service activities
- Lead, train, and supervise service technicians and support staff
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and maintenance tasks
- Monitor KPIs and prepare service performance reports
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalations professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth project execution
- Manage service budgets, inventory, and spare parts planning
- Improve service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in service management (preferably technical/industrial sector)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of service KPIs, reporting, and operational planning
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software
- Valid KSA driving license (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing after-sales service operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
