Service Provider Onboarding & Sales Executive

Multan, Pakistan

We’re hiring a motivated and target driven Service Provider Onboarding & Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your core mission will be to onboard service providers across various categories and drive service orders through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard qualified service providers across assigned cities.
  • Ensure a smooth and complete documentation and activation process for new providers.
  • Educate service providers on how to use App and support them in getting started.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with on boarded providers to ensure long-term engagement and performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess service quality, provide support, and strengthen vendor relationships.
  • Monitor service performance and assist in resolving issues between providers and customers in a timely manner.
  • Generate new service orders by meeting weekly/monthly sales targets through outreach, follow-ups, and local marketing efforts.
  • Continuously follow up with service providers to ensure active participation and successful order fulfillment.
  • Contribute to lead generation strategies and execution to support business growth in your region.
  • Maintain daily reporting and updates through slack.

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Business or any other relevant field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or onboarding roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Urdu, English)
  • Familiarity with the home services industry is a plus
