Service Sales Coordinator

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are currently looking for Service Sales Coordinator to be part of our Service team. Below mentioned is the job description.

  • Regularly draw up work schedules based on existing service contracts, allocate the work efficiently to the engineers and technicians and follow up on work completion documents .
  • Receiving phone calls and recording complaints,
  • Prepare and present reports as requested by management.
  • Procurement of required site materials as per request by service engineer / technician and issue the LPO's and follow-up with supplier for timely delivery.
  • Handling LPOs and Petty cash,
  • Handling Proper documentation like service reports / project related data / documents / drawing in proper format / filing so it can be accessed easily
  • Preparing the AMC Contract once the contract has expired and filing the contract copy for future references.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is MUST.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • SERVICE SALES COORDINATORE: 2 years (Required)
