Service Sales Executive - Generator & Solar

We are looking for a results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing and new clients, ensuring their power systems remain reliable through proactive maintenance contracts and genuine parts support.

The ideal candidate has a blend of technical understanding and high-energy sales capability, specifically within the Diesel Generator and Solar Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & AMC Sales: Proactively pitch and close Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and one-time service packages for Generators and Solar PV systems.
• Spare Parts Management: Identify client needs for replacement parts and manage the end-to-end sales process for genuine spare parts and consumables.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high contract renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
• Technical Consultation: Conduct site visits to assess equipment health and provide tailored service recommendations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback in our CRM.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in service-based sales, preferably in the power generation or renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Diesel Generator components (engines, alternators, controllers) and Solar PV systems (inverters, cleaning cycles, monitoring).
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical benefits to non-technical clients.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel to client sites for assessments and meetings.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration is preferred.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
