About the Role
We are hiring a Service BDC Representative to support dealership service departments by contacting customers and scheduling service appointments. This role focuses on customer communication, appointment setting, and retention—not selling repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone, text, and digital channels
  • Schedule and manage service appointments
  • Follow up based on service intervals (last visit, mileage, seasonal needs)
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Share service information, promotions, and answer basic questions
  • Handle objections professionally and build customer trust
  • Coordinate and communicate appointment details with service teams
  • Ensure clear customer expectations before appointments
  • Follow dealership communication standards and compliance

Performance Metrics

  • Contact Rate: 50%+
  • Appointment Set Rate: 70%+
  • Show Rate: 75%+
  • Customer Satisfaction: 90%+

  • Strong communication (phone & text)
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
  • Able to follow processes and work independently
  • Skilled in handling objections and building trust

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Appointment setting or sales support
  • Automotive/dealership experience (a plus, not required)
  • CRM experience

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
