ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement new ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Design and build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and notifications.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other methods.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and new releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (2–5 years).
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM (as per company needs).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and MID Server.
• ServiceNow Certification (CSA – Certified System Administrator) is required; additional certifications (CAD, ITSM, ITOM, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs250,000.00 per month
