We are seeking an experienced Sewing Manager for a multinational garments factory. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals willing to relocate from Bangladesh to Pakistan.

Nationality: Bangladeshi (Relocation Required)

Education

• Graduation from a reputed university in BD

Experience & Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in garment sewing operations (preferably in textile/towel manufacturing) in Bangladesh.

• Bangladeshi nationality is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of sewing machines, garment construction, and production processes

• Must be willing to relocate to Pakistan

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily sewing production as per plan

• Ensure efficiency, quality, and timely order completion

• Maintain smooth line operations with minimal downtime

• Handle manpower planning, line balancing, and skill utilization

• Reduce defects, rework, and production losses

• Coordinate closely with IE, QA, Cutting, and Finishing teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards
