Key responsibilities

  • Food preparation: Marinate and prepare meats (chicken, beef) according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Cooking: Operate and maintain a vertical rotisserie to cook the meat, and slice it thinly and evenly as needed.
  • Assembly: Assemble shawarma sandwiches, wraps, and platters with consistent portioning and garnishes.
  • Freshness and quality: Select and cut high-quality, fresh ingredients, including vegetables and toppings, to ensure the final product meets high standards.
  • Hygiene and safety: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Inventory management: Monitor ingredient levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist with other tasks to support the team during busy period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
