Shift Incharge - Dairy Manufacturing

Qualification:

• BSc. Chemical Engineering/B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing preferably in dairy industry

• Responsible for smooth operation of shift ensuring compliance to SQPDM KPIs Safety, Quality, Performance, Delivery & Morale.
• Responsible for safe operation of the line w.r.t Personnel, Process Safety, Behavioral & environmental aspects in coordination with Line Manager resulting in compliance of FoQuS SHE, IMS, EMS, OHSAS standards across the line.
• Responsible for safe operation of the plants w.r.t Food Defense, Food safety, product quality & legal compliances related to Food in coordination with Line Manager resulting in compliance of FoQuS Q, Halal, IMS, EMS, FSMS, FSSC & legal standards across the line.
• Assist in implementation of OWOW (TPM) to drive excellence in operations
• Responsible for Maintenance job prioritization & availability for Line/equipment in coordination with Work Planner
• Responsible to control & Steward conversion cost drivers on assigned line/equipment i.e. SWB, Overheads cost, Chemical, Labor, Energy, M&R.
• Responsible as a Leader to ensure the accountability of the team and processes by carrying out process confirmations, performance control system, MSAs, Quality audits, 5S & AM Audits in coordination with CI specialist.
• Responsible to drive accountability, objective setting and year end performance reviews of the team in coordination with Line Manager
• Responsible for the development of team ensuring compliance to training calendar
