- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is expected for candidates holding a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. This experience should demonstrate progressive responsibility in maintenance operations and leadership roles.
- Candidates possessing a bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering should have at least 8 years of comprehensive maintenance experience, including hands-on technical roles and supervisory responsibilities.
Experience must encompass exposure to both mechanical and electrical aspects of manufacturing maintenance, inclusive of material handling systems, automation (PLCs, SCADA, VFD, HMIs), and continuous improvement practices.
