Shift Lead

Urgent Required:

We are looking for a Production Shift Lead with 2-3 years of production/manufacturing experience (FMCG preferred) and a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).

The role involves supervising shift operations, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality & safety standards, and driving process improvements. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement are a plus.
