Shift Lead Barista (Drive-Thru)

Tres Leches Café is hiring full-time Shift Lead Baristas for our Central Phoenix drive-thru location. We are looking to add future leaders to join the coffee grind! We are proud to be a minority owned "Loco" coffee shop that represents both Chicano and Mexican culture and advocates for a variety of social justice issues that affect our community.

What's Needed:

• High traffic Drive-Thru experience
• 1-2 years of leadership background
• High energy, customer focused, team player mentality
• Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday Mandatory)
• Valid Food Handler Card prior to first day of work
• Ability to speak English & Spanish (basic proficiency required)
• Looking for long-term growth opportunities
• A sense of humor, likes to have fun, but still hustles to get the job done

Pay & Benefits:

• Average hourly pay: $18-$20/hour (base + tips)
• Paid on the job training
• Merit increase after 30 days, 6 months & 1 Year

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and energetic attitude reflective of the brand

Team Management: Oversee and direct a team of 2-3 members per shift.

Quality Control: Maintain 3LC standards for consistent drink and pan quality.

Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory control and restocking.

Shift Coordination: Work seamlessly with other Shift Leads to ensure smooth operations.

Cafe Operations: Handle opening and closing duties, money management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Customer Satisfaction: Uphold a 5-star customer service rating by engaging with and educating customers about our menu and specials.

Projected Total Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
