The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations within their designated shift. They are responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of employees. The Shift Leader also handles any issues that arise, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports staff development. Oversee daily operations during the shift. 

Manage and support staff, including delegating tasks and providing guidance. 

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints. 

Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies. 

Report any operational issues to the management team. 

Train new staff members and support ongoing employee development.  الإشراف على العمليات اليومية خلال الوردية. 

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or management is a plus. 

Proven experience in a supervisory role. 

Strong leadership and team management skills. 

Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. 

Knowledge of health and safety regulations. 
