We’re hiring a Shift Manager for Luna Coffee – Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the café during shifts
• Manage staff scheduling and performance
• Ensure high standards of service and product quality
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Monitor sales, inventory, and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in café/restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Passion for coffee and hospitality
