Shipping & Distribution Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end production, shipping, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely product launches, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, shipping, and logistics processes, including courier handling.
• Manage purchase requirements and liaise with suppliers, including coordination with Chinese vendors.
• Generate ISBNs and prepare all necessary shipping and custom documents.
• Collaborate with the design and website teams for metadata verification and content updates.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery and efficient sales planning.
• Assist in product launch planning and related operational tasks.
• Handle other duties and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with document preparation for shipping and customs.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience coordinating with international vendors, especially Chinese suppliers.
• Experience in publishing, e-commerce, or product launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
