Shop Assistant (E-commerce Operations)

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Shop Assistant to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will help with daily shop operations, including managing orders, invoices, product creation, and stock updates. Good English communication skills are required, as the role involves attending customer calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders
• Create and maintain invoices accurately
• Add and update products in the system
• Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy
• Maintain Excel sheets for product and order records
• Assist in product photography and uploads

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English (must be able to attend customer calls)
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge
• Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a retail or jewellery environment is a plus
