Shop In-Charge

We are looking for a Shop In-Charge to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff and inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the shop team
• Maintain stock levels and manage ordering
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Prepare daily sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Presentable and customer-focused
• Able to work flexible hours
