Shop Laborer / General Laborer

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Shop Laborer / General Laborer to help with the day-to-day needs of our shop and yard operations. This is an all-around labor position for someone willing to do whatever is needed to keep the shop, equipment, and property organized, clean, and running smoothly.

This role may include helping around the shop, cleaning and organizing, assisting mechanics or technicians, loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, running errands, checking vehicles and tools, and handling other general labor tasks as assigned.

We need someone who is reliable, takes direction well, stays busy, and has a good attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize shop, yard, and work areas
• Assist with basic shop and labor tasks
• Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and equipment
• Help keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and orderly
• Assist mechanics or other team members as needed
• Perform basic property maintenance and cleanup
• Run errands or pick up parts and supplies when needed
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Help with any other general labor duties needed to support operations

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Must be able to lift, carry, bend, and work on your feet
• Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors
• Shop, construction, mechanical, or general labor experience is a plus
• Must be willing to do a variety of tasks, not just one specific job
• Good attitude and willingness to work are very important

Work Environment:
This is a hands-on position in a shop and yard setting. Some work may be dirty, physical, and outdoors depending on the day’s needs.

Pay based on experience.
