Key Responsibilities:
- Source trending and profitable products and list them on Shopify
- Upload products, manage collections, pricing, variants & descriptions
- Import and manage product reviews on Shopify
- Handle social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage social media queries, comments, and customer complaints
- Track high-selling SKUs and ensure timely restocking
- Maintain accurate inventory count to avoid OOS situations
- Reconcile payments, COD remittance, and settlements
- Handle weight discrepancies with courier partners
- Manage Facebook orders and payment imports
- Maintain daily operational sheets and reports
- Coordinate with logistics, support, and marketing teams
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Admin
- Good understanding of product sourcing & e-commerce operations
- Experience in inventory management & reconciliation
- Good knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) operations
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred:
- Experience in mobile accessories / D2C brands
- Familiar with courier dashboards & weight dispute processes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
