About the role

We are looking for a Showroom Design Manager who will collaborate with the MD, Retail Management, and Category Management teams to design new Sanipex Gallery, Bagno Design, Bystro and Gymkhana showrooms, and also oversee re-design of current showrooms incorporating new product ranges of bathroom, lighting and kitchen solutions.

With a strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of retail display, you’ll ensure our spaces reflect current trends, align with brand positioning, and effectively showcase our bathroom, lighting, and kitchen solutions. From POS and product allocation to coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, your role will be pivotal in delivering impactful retail experiences. You will partner with the Merchandising Operations Manager, Project Managers, and AutoCAD team to ensure all design drawings are accurate and executed in line with the merchandising schedule.

About You

You are a qualified designer with 5–10 years of experience in the interiors industry and a strong understanding of bathroom, lighting, and tile products. You have a practical, solutions-focused mindset, with a high level of technical awareness and commercial insight. Detail-oriented and design-consistent, you’re comfortable leading showroom projects from concept through execution while managing deadlines and stakeholder input. You’re a team player who communicates clearly and acts decisively, balancing creative flair with strategic thinking.
