SHOWROOM MANAGER

The Retail Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, optimizing sales, and maintaining showroom standards. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of retail operations, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management.
• 5-6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
