Location: SM Motorz | Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM | Salary: Up to AED 7000

SM Motorz, a leading name in the luxury automobile industry, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our premium showroom operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a premium customer experience
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Manage inventory and display of luxury vehicles to the highest standards
• Handle high-value client interactions with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns
• Ensure the showroom meets brand image and cleanliness standards
• Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in showroom/sales management (luxury car experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for premium service
• Ability to manage a team and drive performance
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
