Job Title: Showroom Manager – Tiles (With experience is a Plus)
Job Summary:
The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining an attractive showroom display. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in tiles and related products, with the ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on tiles, slabs, and related products.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate showroom sales staff.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.
- Liaise with management regarding sales performance, stock requirements, and market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or Sales Manager in tiles / ceramic / porcelain / slabs.
- Strong product knowledge of tiles, finishes, sizes, and applications.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
- Knowledge of local market and contractors is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience dealing with architects, designers, contractors, and walk-in clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
