Showroom Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Strategy: Develops strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiates sales, and analyzes performance metrics.
  • Operations Management: Oversees daily showroom operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and adhering to company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruits, trains, coaches, and motivates sales staff to drive performance.
  • Visual Merchandising: Arranges products, samples, and displays to be visually appealing, ensuring they are in outstanding condition.
  • Customer Service: Manages customer inquiries, complaints, and relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Inventory Control: Manages stock levels, orders new products, and coordinates with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • 6-10 years of Proven experience as a showroom manager, retail manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in sales techniques, closing, and achieving targets.
  • Deep understanding of the specific product lines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
